Simpled is a personal assistant you reach by text message. This page explains what it keeps and why.

What we keep

Your phone number and email address; the messages, photos and voice notes you send Simpled; what you ask it to remember; reminders you set; and records of what it did for you. If you connect an app (for example StepGenie), we keep the access token that app gives us, encrypted.

How it's used

Only to run your assistant: understand your messages, reply, remember your preferences and do what you ask. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who helps us

An AI model provider (Anthropic) processes messages to write replies. Photon and Apple carry iMessage, Meta carries WhatsApp, Resend sends our emails, and Supabase and Amazon Web Services store data and run the service.

Your choices

You can ask Simpled what it remembers about you, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything stored with it.
